Consistency goes hand in hand with being disciplined.
- Make a conscious decision to being committed.
- Remember why you started. Remind yourself the importance of performing the task and the ultimate goal for which you are doing it.
- Have a plan of action. When the objectives are organised in your mind and on paper, it is easier to work through them.
Always remember, consistency will occur when you keep the final outcome in mind rather than your current emotions and situation. DO IT, EVEN IF YOU DON’T ‘FEEL LIKE IT’!
