When Life Gets You Down, You Embrace It

You know theres so many times in life where we get absolutely dragged down by problems. We think how will we ever over come this situation. We suddenly have a little anxiety attack and think of the worst things possible. It happens, because we are humans. We all have emotions and feelings and sometimes it’s just hard to deal with what life throws at us.

Last week was one of the worst weeks I’ve had in a while. For starters my parents went away for the week. Wintec was getting tough as and I was having some other problems. Real quick I just want to say that I appreciate the good people I have around me. You all honestly mean so much to me! You know I did to get through that week? I talked to my close friends, because I knew that they would understand me. That’s what you have to do as well. Don’t ever be afraid to talk to someone about your problems. I assure you it will benefit you to let it out rather than keep it stuck inside you. Not talking about it builds up unwanted stress that we don’t need in our life.

When we face these hard times, I admit we don’t know what to do. I’ve done this actually well it happens all the time. But I want you all to understand we aren’t going to be facing these bad times forever. They happen, it’s life. As cliche as sounds theres always a light at the end of the tunnel. I know its hard to just say that. That said, the hardships we face build us into the people we are. They build our character, they teach us things we’ve never known about ourselves. The best thing we can learn in life is about ourselves. If we find ourselves then, what we go through and deal with in life becomes a little easier. Theres a quote which says “Nothing good comes easy.”. If it did we wouldn’t appreciate those things as much.

So, if you’re sitting there freaking out about what life is throwing at you I promise you there will come a day where you look back on your life and think I made it. It’ll be something you’ll appreciate for a long time.
